How Tuio is Elevating Multi-Channel Communications with Massive Rocket and Braze

Tuio is a 100% digital, home neo-insurance company committed to changing the world of insurance. To achieve this goal they have based the company on three pillars: 

The first, using the best technology to optimise and improve insurance processes. 

The second, creating transparent and open insurance that explains to its customers how the insurance works and where their money goes.

And the last one, to adapt to today’s customers, creating new models such as non-binding and the possibility to pay monthly for their insurance.

The Challenge

Tuio was using multiple platforms to communicate with its customer base. It chose Braze, a customer-centric engagement platform, to implement cross-channel messaging and scale up its business by centralising its entire marketing operation. 

The platform would enable Tuio to reach all its users easily and faster and reach a population that had not used their services in the past. However, one initial challenge was identifying how to implement data for multiple policies, or/and handle quotations per user.


The Solution/Approach

Massive Rocket partnered with Tuio and worked closely with them to support their deployment of Braze. Massive Rocket tested various client scenarios using nested custom attributes and advised how to send confidential documentation via triggered API.


The Results

Massive Rocket helped Tuio fully test SMS transactional messaging and set up an email ready for IP Warming. Additionally, teams at Tuio were able to successfully integrate Braze webhook functionality with WhatsApp’s API with the help of the guidance provided by Massive Rocket. Now, the team at Tuio is able to manage, execute, report on and optimise campaigns from a single platform.
