Massive Rocket is a Data & CRM Agency based in the UK with customers in Europe, US and Africa. Massive Rocket helps companies Understand their customers and automate Communications to generate predictable growth. Core Services: CRM Automation, Data & Analytics.

We have an international European team and we work with customers across Europe in Financial Services, Aviation, Music, Media, Streaming and Sports. 

What we’re looking for

Massive Rocket is looking for someone to join the team remotely and help with Business Development activities. This will be a Consulting role more than a Sales role. You will be working with teams around the world to source new opportunities in an exciting new space (Marketing Technology: Data, CDP and CRM).

You will be working with prospects and customers to build relationships, understand their challenges, help articulate those and work with delivery teams to put together proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Mapping Accounts
  • Building relationships
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities
  • Scoping projects with the support of the delivery team 
  • Creating proposals & Pricing with the support of the delivery team
  • Closing Projects and briefing the delivery teams
  • White-boarding solutions with customers and working with delivery teams to create project proposals.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Research – you have a huge appetite for listening and learning new things. You are able to understand complex problems and simplify them to their essence.
  • Project management – you are well organised, able to track and communicate across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial – you are a self-starter and able to identify challenges, map out solutions and β€œfigure things out” as you go along.
  • Communication – You have great presentation and written communication skills.

Experience

  • 8+ years experience in a client facing role
  • 4+ years experience selling professional services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology (ideal)
  • Organised and self-sufficient
