The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) is the world governing body responsible for all forms of volleyball and providing leadership to its members and to millions of athletes worldwide.

Massive Rocket was tasked with helping the FIVB to select a CRM platform to support its goal to better understand its volleyball stakeholders throughout the FIVB digital landscape where current & prospective fans interact with volleyball related content. In addition this will allow FIVB to create personalized based email marketing and build the foundation to a gamification and loyalty platform.
