Project Background

The existing Customer Data Platform (CDP) was not the best fit for their company’s needs, as it didn’t to meet their specific requirements and objectives. This situation was further compounded by the fact that they had limited resources available to manage and execute the migration to a more suitable platform. Adding to the challenge, they were also under pressure from a strict deadline, which required careful planning and efficient use of their constrained resources to ensure a successful transition within the allotted time frame.

NLO Braze Center of Excellence

Massive Rocket built a support team to enable the NLO Center of Excellence to operate as a Strategic transformation partner. Massive Rocket helped the team setup and integrate Braze into their IBM marketing stack. The team at Massive rocket also helped the business develop a middle layer hosted on Azure to connect internal systems to Braze personalisation modules in a secure and scalable way.
