For BGCA’s 5,000 Clubs, Salesforce Sales Cloud served as the main database. The Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) housed vital data, such as internal contacts and fundraising information. Keeping contacts synchronized with Braze was key to enabling coordinated and effective outreach.

As many businesses use both Salesforce and Braze, synchronizing them is crucial. To meet this need, Massive Rocket developed a bi-directional connector.
We created a real-time integration to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and Braze, with automatic updates for new fields. After thorough testing, a smooth production rollout was completed with a two-week hypercare period.
